How it works
BagRoyale is a PvP game for Solana wallets. Challenge someone, settle instantly, share the card, and climb trophies when they rematch.
- Connect & sign in with Phantom (or another Wallet Standard wallet).
- On the homepage, paste a rival wallet and hit Challenge. Both wallets analyze if needed, then the duel settles instantly.
- Land on the battle page: see metrics, claim the result if you were challenged, rematch, or share the fight.
- Suggested rivals match you by trophy band and BagScore so you always have someone to fight.
- Wins and losses move the trophy ladder. Scan is still available if you only want a profile card.
Duels auto-settle — no accept step. The challenger must be signed in. The opponent can open the shared battle link later, claim the result, and rematch.
Start from the home challenge form, a profile Challenge panel, a suggested rival, or Rematch on a rivalry / battle page. Results live at /battles/{id}.
Suggested rivals pick wallets near your trophy count (±200) with similar BagScore and enough closed rounds. Cooldown pairs are skipped so you don't spam the same fight. One tap → instant battle.
Rivalries track head-to-head W/L/draws. Rematch from your profile Arena or from any battle result you're in.
Numeric trophies power the default leaderboard. Leagues use absolute floors — not BagScore percentiles.
How trophies move:
BagScore scores 90-day closed rounds across performance, consistency, risk, longevity, and behavior. It shows as a secondary Skill plate and on the Skill leaderboard tab.
Archetypes come from the same feature set. Analyzing also indexes swaps, runs lifetime lore probes, and may unlock cabinet cups.
Permanent collectibles (FTX Survivor, NFT Master, Battle Gladiator, …). First unlock grants a one-time trophy bonus. Cups evaluate after analyze and after battles.
Share buttons use the device share sheet, copy link, or post to X — profile cards and battle results included. Roast / scout copy still cooks on your profile when you've scanned.
Claim a username after SIWS sign-in to brand your public card at /u/username.
Season XP still awards on analyze (deduped per job). Open any wallet to challenge them.
New wallets start at 0 trophies (Bronze). Connect, challenge someone near your band, share the result, and climb when they rematch.
